Social Engineering,
The fundamental premise of social engineering is a term that allows for the whole encompassment or solidarity of manipulation. However, for the all intended purposes, social engineering will fall under warranty exploitation or refunding. Therefore, when referring to refunding/warranty exploitation other fraudulent practices the normative lenses in which its viewed is verbal communication.
The issue with looking at social engineering merely as a verbal manipulation rather than incorporating with other means such as scripting use is that the scope that it falls into is limitations naturally. The terminology that one uses limits the ability of the action, if this statement is correct in its notion much like the linguistics of a language limiting its character the activity will be different. The discourse through a Foucauldian view indicates what’s accepted.

Scopes
Through the lens of the consumer
· Replacement/Refunds for an item.
By law as denoted in another article, most countries force a warranty for items. This is the central principle behind this site. I feel as though there are better ways. I will dive into warranty exploitation.
Generic methods that work for a replacement product.
· Broken, won’t turn on etc. Works especially for electronics.
· Didn’t service its purpose. Not able to send back because of the nature of the product. Hygiene, private information/sensitive.

Through the lens of a fellow business
This scope is ideally through the smoothness in arrangements that are contingent on two companies interacting for economic solidarity. This would promote an acute response by both party members.
This can be immediately exploited by pretending to be a small company that had a small issue with their items and the need to get it resolved. My method of socialengineering often is being a small business owner going above and beyond for my loyal customers. Often times companies will make serious exception for you.

· Older method but still works well, this is where a person poses as a reviewer or another popular individual.
