The solution is to find someone who teaches well and communicates effectively. If you can get a second monitor or split your screen you can follow along and learn without pausing the tutorials. I think PHLEARN is the best on YouTube. You can also get the premium tutorials on PHLEARN's website. The teacher Aaron is super easy to follow along with and you can learn very quickly. The crazy thing about photoshop is there are 1000 ways to do the same task or design the same thing but PHLEARN finds the best methods which are non-destructive (meaning you can fix mistakes later or adjust things later).
