Looks the free hosting option has expired and you now need to sign up for a 'Premium' account to get the file.

There's a couple of videos on Youtube that really helped me out. You might need to watch them a couple of times but if you look at other configs too, it'll sort you out. L

This is gonna make my Storm cracking education go a LOT easier! L
