Get an email [never use proton-mail or any off-brand mail, that triggers a flag on Logitech because back in the day and probably still now; SE services used easy register emails to register for Logitech support and Logitech recorded that most warranty requests came from the off-brand email vendors [it is very crucial, be safe and just register for Gmail]. YOU SHOULD NEVER CALL (SLIP-UPS CAN HAPPEN), ALWAYS STICK TO EMAILS. - create some braned email like @gmail etc ... 3. Head to https://support.logi...m/en_us/contact - If you live in the US. And https://support.logi...m/en_ca/contact - If you live in Canada. - working internationally ( heh if youre not some caveman [:D] ) 5. Enter your serial and make sure the picture matches the product you want to get. - like this !!! https://imgur.com/a/6xF2ItE 7. Select an issue type and explain what is wrong with the product. DO NOT make problems that are too complex, when you say stuff like the led turns off and on. Their products don’t do that a lot so they like to take the product in to see what’s the problem. Say a generic problem like the power isn’t working or connectivity issue. - will took some time till u find your own patter 8. Put Windows 10 as your operating system, do not upload a picture, review everything and then press send email. - fill it maybe bill maybe not lets see https://imgur.com/a/9X7FCAq 10. It can take up to 7 days to get an email back. Their first email will just be reviewing your information, their second email will be about troubleshooting solutions you can do. You have to say you did all they said and that it still wasn't working. Within this or the next email they will ask for your address, so provide it, no PO Boxes. This either means you you are succeeding or... you gotta return it. In the case they ask to return it, just don't respond and try again with a different serial. IT IS BEST TO TRY SEVERAL SERIALS AT ONE TIME SO YOU HAVE A BETTER CHANCE OF GETTING THE PRODUCT. - be patient guys can take some days depends on rep 11.
