Install text utils pack. You will easily find it in most cracking forums. After you install it, right click your txt file and go to text utils pack option select the first and the third otpions(they are on russian letters) and your combo will be clean. i think also that the sqlmap is overkill for you since you just started to dumping, it will take you a lot time to learn how to use it and configure it successfully so stick to sql dumper version 8.3 for now :)

On many Russian forums you will found a subforum dedicated on combo and text tools. I believe that it's important to have one here too because good cleaning and organizing of databases is 30% at least of the whole cracking process .

What version of sql dumper you use? You know that to gather ulrs you must change IP in every 2-5 minutes right? I'm using proxies , and using sqli dumper 7.0 This is outdated! Download clean 8.2 or 8.3 and have in mind that only ssl proxies can be used in sql dumper. The best solution is to gather urlswith v3n0m that it's proxyless on a linux or windows pc with python and after that to check them for sql vulnerable urls with sql dumper. I think the problem you have is the version and that you don't use the right proxies.
