It is the same method lmao. Ive used it before xD, and everything he said there applies here? They msg you to tell you if its accepted it usually takes a few days So I've been accepted. All they're offering me is some discounted training. What are you supposed to do once you've been accepted? lol

VPS Jokers... These guys are the worst,. EDIT: Seems too simple? Idk, Ill try it. EDIT 2: Okay, well I came in, did the whole guide and now I have an Amazon Partner Network account. But not an AWS account so I have no idea how to start an instance. Starting tho think that I'm either missing a big piece here or this method is incorrect/incomplete.
