I don't want you to call from your RDP. What you are saying doesn't make sense. They can't see your IP from phone, use skype credits or something if you don't want to use your phone. You will have to contact them or else there's nothing to be done here I can contact by mail?

Before i connect with my ip, i litteraly waited 2-3 days for see if i had again the same problem, and yes, then after 3 days i connected with my ip and its not even change anything! Scammer!
