Rise earned credits per thread in the Premium section and Exclusive releases

This would make it more active than it is now. However, contributions should be valuable and fits the label "Premium"

Low quality contributions like Spotify x2 or "public" 1M combolist should be banned

Tbh a lot of requirements should be added. What do you think?
