Customizable shipping receipt from USPS. Very HQ. Requires some tinkering when editing to your own info.

 

Tip:

 

 

For each layer you edit, apply these filters.

Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur> 0.3
Filter>Noise>Add Noise>7.16 (do this step twice on each layer)
